Actor Lee Byung Hun, who is currently taking on Hollywood, will reveal how he built his upper body strength.
And, men, we hope you’ll be taking notes.
Lee is set to appear on the January 22 broadcast of MBC’s Section TV Entertainment Relay to talk about his upcoming film G.I. Joe 2

The show followed the actor to New Orleans, where the film is currently being shot, and in the teaser clip, Lee revealed how much effort he put into achieving his sculpted body, saying, “All I did was exercise regularly for three months.”
Martial artist Jeong Du Hong, who was cast as Lee’s stunt double for the dangerous action scenes, said, “I’m following a special exercise regimen to build a body that is similar to Lee Byung Hun’s.” He also revealed, “Lee Byung Hun even vomited once during weight training.”
Lee appears to be trying his best, even pushing his limits, to achieve the best body he can for the film.
The show will take viewers on to the NASA-owned set of G.I. Joe 2 as well as delve into the shifting sentiment in the U.S. concerning Korean actors in Hollywood.

Joe 2,” Dwayne Johnson, praised the actor Lee Byung Hun very highly at a meeting with Korean reporters after he finished a press conference for his movie “Journey 2: The Mysterious Island” held at Le Meridien Taipei on January 17. He talked about various episodes with Lee Byung Hun at the meeting. Lee Byung Hun will appear in “G.I. Joe 2” after he had appeared in “G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra” by playing the Cobra organization’s secret weapon named “Storm Shadow.” Dwayne Johnson said, “I became a friend of Lee Byung Hun while we were filming ‘G.I. Joe 2’ together. It was such a great experience with him. He is an actor who has great presence.

I was drawn to him right after we first met. We had dinner together and hung out since then. He is very humble even though he shows confidence in everything. He shows his tremendous presence in the movie. I liked his action as well as his acting. He is an excellent actor.” He also talked about a situation when Lee said a joke to him. He said, “One day when we had a filming schedule, Lee Byung Hun came to me and asked whether there was a scene in which I took off my top, and I answered ‘no’ and asked why he wanted to know. He answered, ‘I have to take off my top today and I am just worried whether my appearance would be compared with yours.’ I laughed after hearing what he answered.”
Dwayne Johnson was once a professional wrestler with the nickname of “The Rock” who was very popular in the American professional wrestling league World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). After he debuted as an actor, he appeared in movies such as “The Scorpion King,” “The Mummy 2,” and “Fast & Furious: Unlimited,” and he still often appears at professional wrestling competition. He is very popular in the USA, and the movie “G.I. Joe 2,” in which he appears, will be released in the first half of this year.
