“IRIS” started its official filming in Japan on March 10, with the first day’s shooting on scenes of Lee Byung Hun and Kim Tae Hee dating at the ski resort. In this set, the beautiful snow sceneries of Akita, Japan have given everyone the most special and deepest impression.
The rest of the cast, Jeong Jun Ho and TOP will gradually embark onto the filming of “IRIS”, putting together breath-taking chaseing scenes on the snow fields.
As “IRIS” gathers Lee Byung Hun, Kim Tae-hee, Kim Su-yeon, and many other Korean stars, it has attracted a large number of Japanese fans and tourists to visit the filming location. The hotels in Akita are all fully-booked because of the production’s visit even though it is low season for tourist now.
The local government have arranged for police and ambulance to stand-by at the filming location so as to prevent any accident from happening. “IRIS” is expected to film in Japan till end of March before continuing to Europe for more shooting.
